Team DeJong posts some great results at the final race of the Mid Americal Speedway Nationals in Winfield, Kansas!!!

Team DeJong had one of our best performances of the whole season. The track had the most bite of anywhere we have ever been with exception to racing on coke syrup. The track, town, spectators, competitors was one of the best we have participated in.

Caymen was our only TDR driver for the Chasin Racin class. As much as we were disappointed Michael could not miss school to make the trip, Caymen definately made up for it as he had TWO pole qualifying awards and finished FIRST place in both Saturday and Sunday events.

Matt won SR stock class and wrapped up the points battle winning championship points. Matt also finished 11th in the Big Kahuna which had 56 entries. Not bad for an old boy. He also qualified outside pole in Animal Medium missing the pole by just 5 hundredths.

Joel ran one of his best races of the season. AJ the WRENCH Failer had him dialed in. Joel made the podium with a 4th place finish on Saturday and ran up front on Sunday in each class. By far he was one of the fastest Waller drivers in the field!
